Ordering Information

To order something just send an email to me at dmenadue@yahoo.com and let me know what you are interested in.

Payments can be made using PayPal and for international customers this is the only method I will currently accept.

For Australian customers I will accept a cheque or money order and your item will be sent once the funds have cleared. Direct deposit is also available.

All pricing shown is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping is done via registered post or airmail.

Postal insurance (recommended) is available. This is standard postal insurance and any claims will need to be made via the appropriate procedures.

Final postage costs will be advised when order is placed and is dependant on destination and price of items (if including insurance).

My Guarantee

If you are not happy with the item once you receive it, you can return it within 14 days no questions asked for a refund (less postage and shipping) provided that the item is in original condition. If you have damaged the stone in anyway, such as chipping a corner off or have scratched it, then no deal - the stone is yours!

If you are returning a stone, please inform me so that I know to expect it and that you have the correct return address.

With all my stones, I try my best to describe any faults or inclusions that may be present as well as any treatments or enhancements that may have been done to the stone. If a particular stone interests you, please feel free to contact me and ask for more information or pictures. I am very happy to assist you with this.
