You are welcome to visit my office BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on MONDAY,TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY to discuss your gemstone needs or for gemstone viewings. Please contact me first to arrange a time. If you simply drop-in then I may be with another client, not in the office or I simply might not be able to stop what I'm doing at that moment because I am in the middle of something.

If you find that you cannot keep the appointment, want to reschedule or that you'll be running overly late then please let me know. It's the polite thing to do and it's not a problem at all if you can't make it. It also means that I'm not waiting around expecting you to turn up when you're not going to.

Please note that half-hour and hourly consultation fees apply and are payable on the day by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS.
Fees may be waived if having work done or making a purchase.

THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS I set aside to do my own personal work and I am unavailable for appointments.



PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT PROVIDE VALUATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS ON GEMSTONES.
IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR GEMS VALUED THEN YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE SERVICES OF A REGISTERED VALUER.
FOR GEM CERTIFICATIONS I RECOMMEND AND USE GEM STUDIES LABORATORY.
